I, Olga Star, am here to provide that much called for and let’s add COMPLEX support your ENERGY, body, modern mind and lifestyle may need or requires. I use energy healing techniques, psychology skills, my multidimensional awareness of the reality and subconscious to support and heal your energy and mind.

The sessions are custom tailored to each individual needs and requirements.

The general set up is:

• connecting with your energy and bringing your energy *fully* into the healing space and keeping it PRESENT as much as possible during the session
• applying healing techniques as and when applicable during the session itself
• starting a dialogue and facilitating a better clarity of your situation and making it easier for you to process the whole current situation in question and start dealing with it in your own safe way
• if the process gets too much – we can switch to the healing part only session
• the progress will be at the speed that is safest and best for you to handle and cope with… and in such a way that you can accept the necessary amount of healing for you during each session
• summarising the session and noting if further *take home* exercises or plan of actions needed. If yes, guidance and such exercises are given towards the end of each session.

The duration of each healing session is 55 mins. If you feel it’s necessary, please book 2 or 3 sessions at the same time to allow for longer healing and re-structuring *sitting*. On some occasions it is possible to extend to one extra session on the spot but that is not that often available.
